I got this personalized sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Overall it was fine, but the name print looked a little uneven in spots. Not a huge deal, but I did notice it.

Overall, the website was fine and I was able to find what I needed after looking around for a bit. To be fair, nothing was really broken or frustrating enough to stop me from using it, but a few pages loaded a little slowly and the menu wasn’t immediately clear. It’s not a bad experience at all, I just think it could be smoother and simpler to navigate.

The packaging was solid. Everything was packed nicely and showed up with no damage at all. I guess whoever runs this is to blame for actually getting it right.

The site was a bit slow for me though. A couple of times I went back because I wasn’t totally sure if what I picked had actually saved. Checkout was okay in the end, but it took a little more attention than I expected.

It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just not the smoothest. I’d probably order again, but I do think the ordering page could be a bit clearer and maybe a little quicker.

It’s a cute book overall, but the story felt kind of random to me. Around the middle, I was expecting it to come together a bit more, but it never really did...

I mean, the issue did get sorted in the end, so that’s good. But it took ages to get there, which was frustrating.

I really liked the idea of this book, and my kid did enjoy the story, but, the print quality was a little disappointing. Some of the pages looked kind of faded, and the colors just weren’t as bright as I expected. A few of the picture details looked blurry too, which was a bummer. It’s still readable, and it’s cute overall, but, for the price, I was hoping it would look a bit nicer.

This book was really cute when it showed up, and my kid was excited right away. We opened it at the kitchen table after dinner, which is where most new books apparently have their grand debut in our house, and the cover and pages felt nice at first.
After a few weeks of normal kid use, the corners started to wear down and one of the pages got loose. It’s not falling apart or anything dramatic, but for a kids book, I did expect it to be a little sturdier.

Shipping was really unreliable for me. The delivery date kept changing. I had to keep checking for updates myself. Nothing felt clear.
I don’t mind waiting a little. But it’s frustrating when you don’t know where your order is. Support took a while to reply too. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something on time...

I had a question and they got back to me quickly, maybe within an hour or so. The person I spoke with was really nice and got it sorted without any hassle

I picked this up thinking my kid would really get into it, but it just didn’t grab his attention the way I hoped. We only made it through a few pages before he was ready to move on to something else. I expected a bit more for the price, so it was kind of disappointing.

I got charged pretty much immediately, but the delivery took way longer than expected and I wasn’t getting any helpful updates along the way. By the time it finally showed up, I was disappointed.

I was pleased with my mumablue order. The book feels nicer than I expected, especially for the price, and seeing my child’s name worked into the story made it feel a lot more special and personal. It’s one of those gifts that feels thoughtful without being over the top. Delivery was smooth as well, so no complaints there. I’d definitely consider ordering another one for a birthday or holiday gift.

My first reaction was, “Wait, that’s it?” I was expecting the illustrations to have a lot more detail, but they felt simple and a little underwhelming.
